Ryan made the selection process easy. He asked good qualifying questions to get the right vehicles filtered and then got us in them for a test drive quickly. He helped through the process of financing and also answered all the bizarre questions we had from buying a vehicle out of state for the first time. I’ve done all my work at this Ford location; he gave recommendations and listened to my concerns; all so I could take care of top priority items and save spark plugs closer to the 100,000 mile mark. Service Writer was professional and communicated very well. However, It was a shocker to go in expexting to spend $140 and end up spending almost $600. But that's what dealerships do. And that's why I hate dealership service and will be looking for an alternative service provider. Generally, I use dealership service the first 2-3 years after new purchase, then move to independent service providers. That time has come. I recently brought my 2021 GT Mustang in to the collision center for service. It had a rust issue with the trunk lid. I found out that Ford has a 5 year unlimited corrosion warranty on this vehicle. Thought since I was out of the 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that I'd have to pay out of pocket for this repair. Not so. The World collision center went forward and repaired it free of charge. The last Ford dealer I went to before World, Moyer Ford in Foley Alabama did everything they could to talk me out of this service ...

World Ford in Pensacola got us hooked up with a beautiful vehicle at a price we felt was fair. The dealership is clean, the atmosphere is professional yet relaxed enough to feel at ease. Bottled water and coffee are complimentary. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through them and we will be back.

Recently bought our second vehicle from World Ford and had another great experience. Their website has an accurate listing of available vehicles, several photos from various points of view, the sticker, and price is all clearly labelled and provided. The vehicle we wanted was inbound, they require a refundable deposit to hold it, and that was immediately refunded upon delivery. We'll definitely be back in the future!
