My experience went very well, the staff was friendly and the service was exceptional. I had a truck bed cover installed on my truck and the install took less time than estimated and the mechanic was very honest about the installation and made sure I was satisfied with the product.

Enjoy our service advisor, Brian Fetterling. However, The ladies who answer the phone at the dealership do not seem to know much about the employees in the service department. In trying to reach Brian, we were told he was not there and would be out for a while. He was working that day and got our message that we left on his line and we were able to schedule our appointment. The service advisors should be able to leave a message on their individual line so their customers don’t have to get the wrong information from the front area.

Car was as promised! Robin, the sales associate, was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Kyle, in finance, went above and beyond.

This service appointment went well. Katie, my service advisor, was professional and friendly. Only had my car overnight and resolved the warranty issues. Wish you didn’t use a call center for appointments and wish you provided customers with loaner cars when repairs can’t be completed the same day.

The service was good but I was dissatisfied with the price gouge. I was shown that the original price for the oil change was around $75 After the service was complete completed, I was shown a bill for $105. I appreciate the work and thoroughness of the mechanics, but I Did not appreciate being blindsided with the total.

The service rep, Austin, was great. I’d give him a 5. However, the service costs were outrageous. They offered me about $500 more for my vehicle as a trade in than the total service was going to cost. I left without having anything done and it cost me $247 just to tell me what was needed. I’m taking my vehicle elsewhere for repairs.

I dropped my truck off for repairs on March 10th, and they told me it would sit in dispatch for 3-4 days before they even thought about diagnosing it. No big deal, right? Fast forward to March 27th, and I stop by for an update, you know, because it’s totally normal to leave a vehicle for three weeks without any word. I ask them to call me with an update, and they assure me they’ll get right on it. Cut to March 31st, and I get a lovely survey asking how they’re doing. Oh, let me think—...

Jeff was very attentive and responsive to my needs. While my car was in the shop for a warranted issue he stayed in touch with me and made sure to let me know when I could come pick it up as soon as it was available. Jeff made the process as smooth as possible.

I was really impressed with my service man, Bryan. Took care of me upon arrival and came to get me as soon as they finished up with my Truck. He also called me the following day to follow up to make sure everything was ok with my service.

I brought my Focus on because the dashboard started separating. I have the Platinum ESP coverage from Ford. Dealership said the car is too old & did nothing to fix it. Service advisor worked hard but overall a poor showing for Worl Ford & Ford in general. Zero support for their products. The car only has 55,000 miles and is in otherwise excellent condition & was bought at World Ford. That won't be happening again.

Had my truck way too long for 3 hr fix. I dropped it off on Friday the 7th. I called the next Wed and I was 7 in the queue. What was the number on Friday? I wish they would call me when I’m fourth in the que and I’ll bring it over. That way I could have been using my truck.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. I was staying in Pensacola for a period over the winter and my F250 was showing a check engine light. I made an appointment and brought it into the dealer at the date and time of the appointment. I was told that it would be at least two weeks before they worked on the truck. I asked to make an appointment for two weeks in the future and they said they had to have the truck at the dealership to hold its place in line For the service ...

World Ford does a fairly good job with routine maintenance. Item that need tech diagnosis can take several days to diagnose and even more to make repairs. Today’s service and service rep was excellent.

Ellen the service representative was very nice and helpful. My only problem is with payment system for World Ford. Frustrating that I could not pay with a check or make a payment online so I could pay directly from my checking account without using a credit or debit card. My debit card had a $5000 limit that I could not change. All that was needed was an online payment system.

Yesterday, I had my 2019 Edge picked-up and returned for its 60,000-mile service. I gave the Service Person a list of items I wanted done. And I told him that I did NOT want the Oil Changed or my tires rotated. I told Austin I did NOT need these things done because since I haven't received a reply (after 8 attempts), I took my Edge to Walmart and had new Michelin Defenders installed, and a Synthetic Purple Oil and a K&N Filter change completed.
